    Default Forum Update...

    Hi All

You may or may not be aware but we faced potential legal action recently from the GAA solicitors. I have dealt with any infringing videos and images on the site and it is now reopened. Please read the new rules when using the forum. No videos of images relating to the GAA can posted on the site. We do not have the rights to do so and will face closure and I'll have to pull out my Sunday best for a day in court!

All being said, the forum is here for all to enjoy debate and chat with fellow gaels. Its a discussion board after all. For videos I suggest using youtube but we won't be having any GAA related videos on the site.

Also, I must point out to all members as part of the legal action that this forum is no way related or connected to the Armagh County board or the GAA. It is an unofficial site.

With the permanent closure of Orchardcounty.com I would encourage all members to get involved in our forums to create the similar buzz that was on the OC. I'm sure OC members will come across in their own time. I am unaware why OC has closed permanently at this time and its a sad day indeed as this site, upthedeise.com and possibly the OC has faced legal action from the GAA although the last two closures could well have been coincidence.

I look forward to seeing you all on the forum and we'll be looking at bringing on board some moderators to the team over the coming weeks. Obviously we will contact "active posting" members with first option.

Don't forget, the most active posters competition is still running till the end of the league campaign so get posting about your beloved County and win one of the 3 prizes on offer.

    Thanks

I can confirm Orchardcounty did not close because of similar legal issues to us.
