    Clare instead of Waterford!
Waterford don't enter the qualifiers until round 2 as they reached their provincial semi final.

Having watched Derry, Kildare and Donegal this season and Mayo to some extent in the 2nd half on Saturday night, they all appear to be mediocre at present. Obviously I'd like us to avoid them for as long as possible though, a home tie with Clare would go down well followed by Waterford.

Your probably looking at the last weekend in June before the Qualifiers are up and running! Armagh could possibly play the likes of Donegal, Derry and Antrim, with Kildare and Mayo thrown in for good measure, but if we can avoid any of the teams above, we could have a good chance of progressing!!

Il say that Roney Clarke may well be available for selection for the first round of AI Qualifiers, which will be much needed boost, following their Championship Exit to Monaghan, for Armagh, with more scoring power in the forward line, and relieving Stevie Mac of our main source for scores!!

We do need a handy draw, if we are going to give Clarkey the match fitness that he needs, and to get the partnership of him and Stevie going again, and il say that Jamie Clarke should also get a start in the Qualifiers, as he proved his worth again Monaghan, with two well-taken scores as well as his goal again Derry in the prelims, so he is worthy of a start IMO!!

I would also like to see Aaron Kernan play in his natural half-back position, rather than continuing playing at Centre Half forward, with Finn Mo going back to Corner back! So if i was going to pick the Armagh team (with the inclusion of Ronan Clarke), the team would line out as follows:

    1. Paul Hearty

    2. Andy Mallon, 3. Brendan Donaghy, 4. Finnian Moriarty

    5. Paul Duffy, 6. Ciaran McKeever, 7. Aaron Kernan

    8. Kieran Toner, 9. James Lavery

    10. Gareth Swift, 11. Charlie Vernon, 12. Kevin Dyas

    13. Jamie Clarke, 14. Ronan Clarke, 15. Steven McDonnell

Thats the team i will go for, for the Quaifiers providing that Ronan Clarke is to play!!

I personally wouldnt fear any team in that list. Not being able to play Derry doesnt matter, as I think we would beat them again. Mayo are the great flops and have been for several years now. Kildare have done what they could, you could see without Grimley, Geezer hadnt a lot up his sleeve. Donegal/Antrim are both over rated (maybe we are too), however, I still rate us as better than them. The hardest draw IMO is Donegal in Ballybofey, but I think we are good enough to overcome this, should it be the case.

I'd be more worried about Round 2, as this is gona be very tough this year.
    Galway/Sligo
    Cork/Kerry
    Meath/Laois/Dublin/Wexford
    Tyrone/Down

I wouldnt fear any of the other, but am unsure whether or not we could possibly draw monagahan again, i dont think they will be beat by Cavan/Fermanagh, just unsure if we can face them if something strange happens.
