Joe Kernan, the man who stated he would never manage another county but Armagh was confirmed as as the new Galway football boss on Wednesday evening!

Kernan, who has family connections in Galway, has yet to assemble his backroom team for the Tribesmen job.

Travelling may not be too much of an issue for Kernan as Aer Arann now sponsor the Galway county team and any issues appear to have been resolved...........
