Armagh senior ladies have qualified for the Ulster final in Clones on Sunday, where they will face Monaghan.
The Armagh minor girls are in action on Saturday in the ALL-IRELAND semi-final in Dublin ,where they will face Wexford.

These 2 Major events in Ladies football have seemingly gone un-noticed by the entire county of ARMAGH.

The ladies have been very pro-active in trying to promote their games BUT,everytime we put stuff forward to the newspapers it gets ignored.
If there is anyone out there with any influence please use it to get our ladies a fairer deal when it comes to getting the publicity they deserve!!!!!!

Totally agree with you there Size 4 Balls, Ladies football has gone gone unnoticed at both club and county level, particularly at County level, where our Senior team is going for an Ulster title at clones on Sunday, and the minors are playing in an AI semi final at croke park this weekend also, which has little publicity indeed in our local media!!

If you can get a few posts up for the forthcoming fixtures and results for the ladies football, you will have a better chance of getting the publicity that ladies football needs Size 4, and if someone on the Ladies County board can post League tables, both club and county, fixtures and results onto the forum, you will get a better response from the people that read the forum, therefore, generating more publicity and promoting Ladies football as a whole in Armagh!!

Finally, just want to wish both Minor and Senior County teams every success in their games this weekend, hopefully bring some silverware back!!

Anyway the Irish News carried build up and reports on it anyway.

I haven't followed local media in reent weeks but surely it would have been handy enough to get a few prviews in?

All the local papers are only too glad for copy lines on respective sports pages - stop crying and do something about it- if you send them reports they will include it.
I see various clubs getting their ladies teams coverage, they send in reports - it is not rocket science.
There is no hidden agenda or 2nd class treatment, Ladies football is its own greatest enemy.
