It seems their league form is actually representative of their ability for once. For all their league success in recent years, this is a county that hasn't reached a provincial final in a decade. Nothing to fear.

I couldn't see it at all. I still refuse to read into League campaigns. I think a full strength Derry team would rightfully be hot favourites to beat Armagh.

Considering the bit in bold, what is it about Derry's Championship form in the last, well, decade that would make you consider them 'hot favourites'?

Neither side will be hot favourites and, in reality, i'd say it will be a close encounter with punditry and previews split on their decisions.

Odds wise, Derry will probably be 10/11 Armagh 11/10, or something around that mark.

    In short. Armagh's demise.

In terms of prices Corn I can't see Derry as long as 10/11. I'd imagine they would be more around the 8/11 mark or maybe either side of it 4/5 or 4/6.

I haven't seen prices but I'd say Derry will be either 4/6 or 8/11.

Armagh's demise has been greatly overstated.

For some yes for others no. Reading the posts on here and on the old OC it would appear to be understated. The players arn't there anymore. They wouldn't be a million miles off Derry and if the game was in Armagh or Clones I wouldn't be as quiack to call a Derry win. However, in terms of top players Armagh have maybe 5?

    Donaghy
    Mallon
    Clarke
    McDonnell
    Possibly Toner, Maybe AK.
