Corn, I wouldn't care if we got Kildare because i think we can take them. As you say, though, how the squad respond should tell us a lot about players and management.
Come on Armagh.

Can we erode yesterday out of the minds?
Time to regroup, this is were the old corn02 is earned.
While delighted with the League form, I congratulated O'Rourke but didn't indulge in any ott praising, likewise, i'll not be over critical yesterday, although he made mistakes.
Nothing is won or lost in June. His first big managerial test will be how they respond.
I hope we don't draw Kildare. I'd like to see both teams move forward.

Come on Armagh.
Hopefully we get the handy draw we're due. Certain things need rejigging, but with a tough draw I'd fear the allure of the tried and tested would prove too strong.
Thank **** for the qualifiers anyway. Imagine having to ruminate over that debacle for the next seven months.
Fate can be cruel, I reckon we'll draw Kildare. I would also like to see them progress but think we could take them. There'll be alot of soul-searching for alot of players in regard to their performance, and I can see us coming out (hopefully) like a wounded animal. A win against a big team could give us a good platform for a qualifier run. The team has to be looked at very closely though, a good while to mull over things and put things right.
we need to up the anti...or else it will be an early holiday for armagh this year...im not even goin to mention yesterdays game anymore just focus on our next opponent and put them away..we are potentially the best team in the pot if the lads would get thier heads screwed on
We're nowhere near the best team in the pot, this team have a lot to learn and I hope we get few easy draws so we can gain that experience
Obviously very disappointing, I do hope we dont throw the baby out with the bathwater thou, we got a lesson yesterday (sending off very much contirbuting) hopefully we'll learn from it. I really dont think there's a need for panic changes thou, a few months back we were hoping for tangible development and weren't expecting too much, the victory over Derry and league campaign infalted expectations wildly. We are still essentially a new developing team, a kind draw in the qualifiers is crucial but i'd put money on us getting donegal and that's the sort of game we dont want, I think we need a soft one tbh to get the confidence up and momentum started.
I've never really been convinced about Lavery but it'll be him and Toner from now on (when fit), Vernon will have to take his HF role like it or lump it. AK has had one half of a good game all year (1st v Derry) and the continual postive reviews have baffled me. No harm to Mal Mackin, but he's not up for it, one good game in every four seems to keep on the radar and he has to be a casualty. I thought F mo was woeful yesterday but he cant be dropped for one bad game, it would obviously be a big help if we could get Ronan Clarke back from what I have heard he's hoping for a mid-july return (if we are still about).
Team I would like to see the next day:
Hearty
Mallon, Donaghy, Shannon or McKeown
Duffy, CMcK, F MO
Toner Lavery
Nippy, Vernon, MOR
Henderson, Stevie, J Clarke
Hope we dont get Kildare. Don't think we'd have much of a chance if Kildare play anything like they can. We haven't seen the real Kildare yet and I reckon they'll regroup. Unfortunately I think we saw the limitations of this Armagh team yesterday. Too many average players. Paul McGrane would still do a better job at midfield than the current incumbents
