On Sunday May 23rd Clonmore Robert Emmetts will open their new pavilion and pitch in what for many gaels of this small club, will be a dream come through. With a membership of less than seventy this enclave of gaels on the banks of the Blackwater will proudly pay host to Joe Kernan's Galway team . It will be a proud day for us as Brendan Donaghy our county senior Full back will lead out the Armagh team against their former manger.
Its not so long ago we togged out in behind the cars at the River bank to play on a field heavy on the legs and far from the main road. Today this has changed and with vision , foresight and hard-work we embarked upon a project that will finally reach it's conclusion on may 23rd.
Everyone is welcome and we hope that many of our fellow gaels will take the opportunity of lending us their support on this great occasion for the club.
Admission is £5 (hopefully reasonably priced ). Go raith maith agat
