Keady Dwyers GFC – Field Development Summer Carnival

Armagh’s 2002 All Ireland winning midfielder John Toal and his club colleague Adrian Hughes have announced that Keady Dwyers’ GFC’s plans are now at an advanced stage for a weekend long carnival in mid July to raise funds for the Club’s Field Development.

With events to suit all ages the festival promises to have something for everyone, young and old, male and female. The undoubted highlight of the weekend will be the re appearance in the Armagh jersey of names like Tierney, Bellew, Mc Grane, the Mc Entees, Mc Conville, Marsden etc, as the legendary 2002 Armagh Sam Maguire winning side (captained by Kieran Mc Geeney and managed by Joe Kernan, subject to other commitments) comes together again, for a challenge game with a rest of Ireland select, on Saturday July 10th with a throw in time of 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome and the full programme of events is as follows:
