Rufus, you made an interesting point in your earlier post, regarding the re-development of the Athletic Grounds between 1982 and 1984, which resulted the County Board being in a lot of debt, and therefore, all the GAA Clubs in Armagh paying for it!! Am i right in saying that?
So now we have the funds now complete the development of the Athletic Grounds, are you certain that the GAA clubs are not going to be paying for this, considering that all the clubs are giving thousands of pounds each year for County Board fees?
Thanks Rma13 that clears that one up.
Tut Tut Rufus I detect you have been ruffled.
I am a member of the GAA and don't snipe from the sidelines in ignorance - you are only barking to deflect from the fact that someone has the temerity to question your presupposed knowledge on all things GAA.
We are all entitled to our opinion and as to how informed/ill-informed that is, it is you started this slagging match re. what information/circles I move in, those are for me to know and you to guess at
So far you are way off the mark and making a fool of yourself when you question my credentials. But then that is the way I like it, better to be inside the tent pissing out than outside the tent pissing in!!
Still taking too long IMO and I'm entitled to that and by the way they could do with contacting someone from any club in the Co re. growing grass - how many times is it, this pitch will have been re-laid now?? If it was Abbey Pk the members would be up in arms!

sliothar, you are out of your depth and quite honestly, you haven't the slightest clue. I'd suggest you keep your opinions to yourself if they are as misinformed as most of the opinions you seem to spout on here
Oh dear some people don't like people who question fantasy GAA do they, others have been on this forum as well asking questions re. where current/past number of yrs club donations have gone - give detailed breakdowns of that and prove you know something and stop calling everyone else ill-informed.
In my experience the player who shouted most at others was only trying to hide his own failings and lay the blame elsewhere - lot of this on the forum IMO - prove me wrong and pony up with the real facts if you guys know so much.
I will continue to make strong and at times controversial points for the betterment of games in Armagh, some of you guys who set yourselves up as so called supermoderators etc don't really cut it when it comes to substance - put up or shut up.
Every Single Ball!!
No he didn't he gave the GAA's standard response when someone asks about money and the Athletic Grounds development.
They try to annoy you by slagging you off and telling you you don't know/understand and that your out of your depth - a bit like the Irish Gov at the minute - wonder who taught who that strategy to try and deflect people from making meaningful contributions to the discussion![]()
