I am a fan yes. Interesting that you took that from Ballybofey and not the fact that he had been very good that day and taking him off was a big blunder.

If mind games are a thing of the past, but then you state Tyrone are the masters, is that not weakening your point?

It's interesting to note that you know he isn't good enough this year. Saturday's lotto numbers please?
You are right, there were very few good performances last year, still doesnt add any weight to MORs inclusion this year.

I used Ballybofey as an example of the type of antics he gets up to, you hardly expect a full match report.

The type of cynical mind games that our oul friend Ricey and his buddies gets up to are a sickening aspect to the modern game and what MOR gets up to is similar. I dont know about you but I will never forgive Philip Jordan. It should be about football. All it does is detract from our sport, and IMO can also upset the flow of our own team.
I'll say it again, I love to watch a good hard physical game where both teams come off the field and shake hand after an honest contest, you would harly say the aforementionted tactics are honest? If you look at C McKeever, he is a hard player who pushes the bounderies but you wouldnt call him cynical.

By the way, no need for an oracle, he isnt good enough this year because there are better players than him, simple.

In your opinion. You said he wouldn't be good enough, which would be looking into the future, oracle-esque.

I agree with a lot of what you said there and he certainly frustrates me at times too, but you lost the plot when you said McKeever wasn't cynical.

Well I think you are more likely to have brused ribs than a bruised personality or goolies for that matter!

A wee rib tickler never caused much harm. May be another one on Sunday!

Too true, as long as our beloved rib tickler stays on the pitch for the duration. Dont want any early showers!

Just had a little smile to myself regarding Corns staunch defence of MOR ,as in the Armagh v Derry thread I expressed the doubts that have been brought up here regarding MOR. Corns reply was that it was unworthy of a response.

Did you not say that he gives away the most frees on the panel, and mostly for mouthing off?

I can't remember him ever giving a free away for mouthing off.

As I say, I have no problem if people think Marfty is not up to it, that's opinion, and that's what the forum is about, but I do call people up when they cite the Justin McMahon incident as proof that he is too slow when, in reality, that was circumstansial due to treatment.

MOR & Enda IMO represent a gigantic step backwards, we are oing to shoe them into the panel and set up a system that they can play to - NO, NO ,NO.

Keep going fwd don't look back we have the nucleus of a good C'ship side get on with it we don't need the 'time travel' back to 2002 again!!

You know what I mean Corn this looking back has to stop and the 'old hands' should stop trying to party poop the new guys - let them have their day in the sun. Great result on Sunday and so much youth and exuberance from a team going fwd in every sense of the word keep up the good work Paddy
