I thought Shannon would have played LCB. I also thought AK would have had another game in the half forward line. In saying that the half back line looks strong. The team is missing a few though but you would imagine this team (with inevitable changes) will be strong enough to see off a poor Laois team. In many ways this game is a warm up for the visit to Pairc Esler which has the makings of a fantastic game and a very tough test.

Reckon it'll actually look something like this

    1 Philip McEvoy
    2 Andy Mallon
    3 Brendan Donaghy
    4 Barry Shannon
    5 Paul Duffy
    6 Ciaran McKeever
    7 Finnian Moriarty
    8 James Lavery
    9 Kieran Toner
    10 Joe Feeney
    11 Aaron Kernan
    12 Malachy Mackin
    13 Ryan Henderson
    14 Steven McDonnell
    15 Tony Kernan

And I wouldn't be surprised to see either Henderson or TK drop out for Clarke.

    Physical team anyway.

Be interesting to see who plays at 11.

McEvoy's inclusion would appear significant, but will have to prove himself as seemignly number one rather than someone trying to break through.

If we're expecting changes, it's hard to really comment.

checked the local radio station for Laois here Midlands Sport, Laois Sport, Offaly Sport, Westmeath Sport but it has live coverage of Westmeath v Meath. It may have some sort of score updates during it.

I'll keep searching as I can't make it to the match either.
