    Default Paddy O'Rourke Jack Charlton

Does anybody else think that the Paddy O'Rourke appointment reminds them of Jack Charlton appointment to Irish soccer team?

I can see the similarities when both where appointed. I, like many other's was not happy with POR's appointment but I did say I would support him and so far so good. The backroom team he introduced is first class and hat's off to the County Board for supporting the moves. There is a real buzz around the County just like the buzz Jackie Charlton created around the Country.

Maybe Jack Charlton will manage Armagh next time?

This is the worst slating POR has got yet. Charlton was a horrendous manager.

Perhaps but i would rather have Charlton than the other tools that managed Ireland Kerr, Stuanton to name a few.

As for POR i think he has done very well since taking over, he has introduced a few new players into the team, brought in a quality people around him such as Murtagh and McGinn and squad and won the division 2 title. Early stages but think people who criticised his appointment were proved wrong
