Default South West Armagh will beat Monaghan

South West Armagh still have a bit of a chance against Monaghan on Sunday.
Although it is likely the Ulster Final will be Tyrone v Monaghan.
Besides South West Armagh will not want to face Stephen O'Neill in Croke Park.

The dunting shoving long ball black circus is hopefully finished for good.
If Monaghan don't bury them on Sunday, then Tyrone will probably beat them by 20 points
in Croke Park assuming Stephen O'Neill is on form.
South West Armagh people will cry a little.
    But nobody else.

Hopefully that will end All Armagh being associated with the horrible dunting shoving long ball black circus and being the laughing stock of dressing rooms and tv studios around Ireland.

The majority want to see All Armagh playing 'total football' not the present dunting shoving long ball black circus.

If McAlinden won't bring us back to playing the 'beautiful game' (pre 2001), who will?

Martin McHugh is an obvious choice
    Greg Blayney is another.
Former players who believe in skill and style and classy play.

    Any ideas?

Strange thread, and can I ask why you refer to Armagh as south west Armagh?

All Armagh could not agree who to appoint as manager.

    Is that not enough?

But who appointed the present bunch?
    Just guess!!!

South West Armagh play their home games on their home ground.

    Is that not enough.

Armagh has had no team since 2001 when the 2 Brians were ousted.

That ended the beautiful game when 60,000 regularly followed the team home and away.

Ok, so you beleive that a bunch of players who have won five ulster titles and an all ireland since 2001 are no team?

Correct me if I am wrong but crowds of 60,000 would have also went and watched joe kernans Armagh team.

I have an idea Raphael, you can take your head out of your arse for a start. Armagh is in the south East of Ireland and has **** all to do with the West of anything. As for Tyrone (the ex champions) they will not be beating any one by 20 points because they are a washed up side. Ask Cork about that! We beat Tyrone the last time we meet them in an Ulster final and we'll beat them again next time, so bye bye West....what ever you are.

this thread is baffling. Also, I dont think there are 60,000 gaels in the county, never mind following the team. 60'000 crowds would of course feature the opposition support as well.

    Absolutely mental thread.

Nonsense. Sean Cavanagh didn't play. That's not like having a single player out injured. It's far more than that. It's bigger than having Stevie out for Armagh. You can't judge a team missing their greatest part, the greratest player of a decade by quite a long way.

Other than that of course the thread is nonsense. The two Brians were a disaster. Big Joe should have won more All-Irelands and he views it as a failure not winning a second one. Rightly so. A Micky Harte or a Sean Boylan would have won more than one All-Ireland with that team. 2003,04,05 were all years that Armagh could have won the All-Ireland. They could have won 4 in a row FFS! Should have at least won a second.

Can't let that one go lad.

First Ulster in 18 years, repeated the next. Beaten by eventuall All-Ireland champions in what? three consecutive years.

Had their faults, but they brought us on so much.
